GENERAL GUIDELINES

• Age limit: 5 years and above, up to 65 years.
• Children aged 5–12 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor.
• Minimum players: 1 | Maximum players: 6 per game.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes with good grip.
• Remove loose jewelry, watches, or accessories before playing.
• Follow staff instructions at all times.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Players must be in good health and able to perform light physical activities (running, jumping, quick movement).
• Not permitted for:
– Children under 5 years
– Adults above 65 (without staff approval)
– Pregnant women
– Individuals with heart problems, epilepsy, respiratory issues, uncontrolled high BP, or recent surgeries
– Anyone with serious joint, mobility, or vision limitations
• Weight limit: 120 kg (265 lbs) for tile safety.
• Do not play if feeling unwell, dizzy, or fatigued.
• Wait at least 1 hour after a heavy meal before playing.

PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS

• No running, pushing, or rough play inside the arena.
• Do not cover or damage LED tiles.
• Playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• No high heels, boots, or footwear with poor grip.
• Do not bring food, drinks, or sharp objects inside the arena.

FAIR PLAY RULES

• Respect your teammates and opponents — no physical contact allowed.
• Follow the specific game instructions for each mode.
• No cheating, tampering, or misuse of equipment.
• Players who violate rules may be disqualified without refund.
